I write to extend my family’s and my appreciation for the efficient and professional services rendered by your executive and general staff to my wife’s wake, details as above.

In particular, Mr Simon Teo’s services were par excellence. He spent time to patiently explain the various service options of Singapore Casket Company on Sunday 20th March. Mr Teo is definitely a staff of value to Singapore Casket Company. He understands what sadness is all about.

I also wish to also extend appreciation to Mr Suresh for his coordination of services especially on 23 March and, on 24 March when my family and I viewed my wife’s ashes in deep sadness and, to your embalmer/s for a job very well done. They maintain my wife’s beauty for which I had always admired during 57 years togetherness .
